  This was our 7th stay at Black Bear Lodge and all 7 times we had a great time. The house is wonderful and serves our purposes for making memories. I gave the 2nd question a 4 because of not having WiFi which was frustrating for all of us. Yellow Rose staff is terrific. Every one of them as pleasant and accommodating as possible.

  This was a great place for our group of 12. There is no mountain views. But the peaceful forest views from the decks were just fine. The hot tub was a big hit. The interior layout is very spacious and there was plenty room for gathering and socializing. The property was well maintained and had good furniture and furnishings. The kitchen had enough tools and appliances to cook for a large group, and everything worked. The location is minutes from Ingles and Bryson City. Wi-Fi needs to be added. There is none, and most people want it. An average size propane grill should also be added on the deck. Most people don't want charcoal, and the grill is huge (fine if you're grilling for everyone - not fine if just cooking for a few). Garbage service is provided (a BIG plus). If I have another group over 10 people in the future, I'll make this a likely choice.

  Black Bear Lodge is our favorite place to stay while in Bryson City. It is always clean and well kept. The amenities are awesome and the location is perfect - close to the grocery store, tubing down Deep Creek and rafting down the Nantahala. The staff at Yellow Rose Realty is the best. I've dealt with them for several years. They have always been courteous, helpful and accessible.

  When you finally get there it looks so nice from the outside. Once you get in there you'll be blown away. Took 8 friends and had an awesome time. Plenty of space to accommodate just us 9. Truly had a wonderful time. Although it was the people I was with, the cabin helped facilitate all the good times and new friends. Will definitely rent it again next year.

  Cabin was constructed with attention to detail. You felt you were staying at someone’s home and not a rental property. Very quiet and private. Great location in the woods but close to town. We have been renting cabins for over 40 years and this one is one of the best! I highly recommend Yellow Rose Reality. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

  We had a wonderful experience with Yellow Rose Realty. Our first cabin was too difficult for us to get to from a road stand point and the graciously gave us another property with only a cleaning fee charge. It made the difference in our stay. This is a beautiful place. Large with room for a huge party of folks. The beds were the MOST COMFORTABLE beds I have slept in, maybe more comfortable than my very own. Lots of places to have privacy as there are covered balconies on every side and level of the home. We had a wonderful time.
