  This will be very thorough since the last reviews have been over a year. First, the cabin was very clean and very spacious. The inside is just as pictured. The outside of the cabin has been stained a darker brown not like the picture. Missing rocking chairs on the porch. Just a small patio table, two chairs and one rocker. There is no mountain view from the porch. Could use a little outside cleanup since the porch was very slippery when wet. The cabin is also not succluded and surrounded by a few other homes. Would have liked to know that ahead of time since there are families living on the same street. Two abandoned cars as you are coming up the main road to cabin. The inside of the cabin was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The biggest issue was getting the TV and internet setup. If you are not tech savy you will not get the TV to work. My husband is and we were able to have wifi and use Roku TV. Definitely needs a simple setup especially for older seniors. The master suite was really nice with garden tub and walk in shower. Only had two flat pillows on bed so had to hunt down more. The pool table is not level, pockets are broken, old needs replacing. The queen bed has a broken foot board. The hot tub was very relaxing. We stayed as a family of 4 and a baby and we had a nice vacation. We would stay again only if some changes inside were made.

  Beautiful weekend in the NC mountains, the house was comfortable and very accommodating. Minor issue with working the televisions but we are not internet smart. We figured out enough to watch some football ballgames. Very nice location easy to access Bryson City and Cherokee.
  Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils, master bedroom and bath were comfortable and inviting after a long day of sight seeing. Hot tub was relaxing and much needed after couple of long days to exploring the local areas.

  The house was great and well equipped. The hot tub was also fun. The TV in Master bedroom was not working but other than that the rental was nice. Also, would have been nice to know in the property description that the house was located on a steep dirt mountain road, single lane. We hauled a trailer and had no problems going up or down in the truck or on the motorcycle.....but the dust and mud were not my favorite.

  What a wonderful space! Loved staying at this cabin. We come up to the mountains to work very often and have had a great experience with Yellow Rose. There were a few things that could use updating (always seems to be the case) and the pool table was not in good enough shape to play unfortunately. BUT the hot tub was clean and hot, wi-fi was strong and the cabin was cozy. Unfortunately we didn't get to stay here long and had to move to a different cabin for reasons, but great place.

  Cabin was very nice, however there was notes on ever piece of the property of does and don't.
  We had to take trash with us upon leaving which should have been included. Need a few board repaired on the deck and pressure washed to remove the mold( which was very slippery in the mornings.

  The cabin was pretty much as described and expected, with the exception of no Wi-Fi working. WiFi was listed and notes at cabin said YouTube TV. Since we didn’t have Wi-Fi, no service and no way to watch the 3 tvs in the house, until we bought a dvd. Notified management but it was not resolved in the 8 days we were there.Comfortable bed, furniture was fairly comfortable. Hot tub was good and a nice way to end a day of hiking. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Everything was clean. Bit of a drive to Cherokee and the National Park but we preferred the quiet location over being nearer to the tourist hustle and bustle and picked this location for that reason. We loved the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad Gorge First Class adventure and also toured the Indian Village, which was very informative. Several great hikes in the park and south of cabin towards Franklin. I would recommend this cabin and would stay again, but only if Wi-Fi was working again or you are ok with no cell service and no tv. There was a landline we could use. Our cell phones could not even make a call from cabin.

  Nice cabin with Hot tub on large wrap-around porch with amenities as described. This cabin suited our needs very well.
  We had low water pressure the day we checked in and couldn't use the upstairs bathroom until the following afternoon when someone was sent out to fix it (needed a part for the well-pump) so that was disappointing. Otherwise a good stay.

  We loved the cabin, we are were able to sleep so comfortably. The kids really kicked in the kitchen and cooked (supervised from sofa) and cleaned up, we had family dinners every night. Unfortunately we had extra expense having the rent DVDs and purchased some to have entertainment due to the satellite was not working (signaled blocked) and due to no Wi-Fi we could not steam. the old TVs in the room didn't not of the right connections for the DVD player so we could only watch in Livingroom. other then that we love the cabin and would love to come back. We will be telling other about it.

  We had a wonderful time on our mini vacay. The cabin was very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The only thing I would recommend would be a better hot water heater and better kitchen supplies. We love to take nice hot showers and that was not an option for the 4 of us. We also love to cook and we had to think outside the box to get our meals cooked. The small grill was perfect once again for the 4 of us. Overall I would give this 4.5 stars. If your not planning on doing much cooking then I wouldn't worry about the kitchen. Just keep in mind to mange how long and when you take a shower so that everyone gets a turn.

  Property was very clean inside, several light bulbs out inside and outside, outside maintenance needs to be done regarding property upkeep, out of 3 BBQ grills none of them are usable, the Firepit is not something we felt was safe to use due to location and no metal ring around it, there is no place to sit around the firepit either, we did not use the hot tub although it appeared to be very clean and run appropriately, location was good except there are neighboring houses close by, one specifically with a do tied up on a hill, which was very sad, and there was a lot of barking going on so not so peaceful, but cabin on the inside is very nice.

  This is a great cabin in a pretty great location. Super close to Lake Fontana access! No wifi... for 2020 that is not the best. We needed to stand in the driveway to make good calls, Verizon is our provider. The Satellite TV did not work at all, but that made us do other things. The driveway was wide enough for our jet ski trailer and our truck and one other vehicle. The drive up to the cabin was not great for our trailer but we managed. The hot tub was a hit with our kids, they spent most evenings after dinner in it. Overall a good experience. Thanks!

  Lovely cabin but needs basic maintenance. Fire place wouldn’t stay out. Burnt out light bulbs most notable front door light. Broken rocker on porch. Carpenter bees taking over the logs outside. No chalk for pool table. Some of these issues were noted on VRBO website and review book at cabin. Someone needs to listen and do something about it.

  Beautiful cabin, nicely decorated down stairs. Bedrooms are dated, the upstairs bedroom mattress needs a new one very uncomfortable and in the pool table area has a lot of furniture making it hard to play. Property was clean and well maintained.   We stayed here about one year ago and were disappointed to see upon our return no improvements were made. This place is in dire need of updating and an exterminator. Carpenter bees are eating the outside. We also found termite-like insects crawling on the sofa. The TVs are seriously outdated (tube-type) with poor satellite reception. There is no grilling area.
  The hot tub was nice and the location was convenient to Lake Fontana.

  The cabin is very nice. The picture is a bit dated. The cabin has been stained a dark color. The inside was beautiful. All the amenities a person could need are there. It is a quiet setting nestled in the woods. The only complaint we had was there were a lot of ants. We recommended they call in an exterminator.
