  The home is great. The house plan is so well layed out. Each of our girls found places to be happy. (We have three granddaughters.) we enjoyed the corn hole and its space. We played broad game in dinning room. I cooked one night. All the rooms worked together. The first day , we rides the train from Bryson. The second, we went to the Cherokee museum and rides across the Mountains. Third day it rained, but about 4:00 it stopped and went to Magee’s Valley to play putt putt golf. The lay-out of the house let us enjoy our trip. It wasn’t just a place to sleep.

  We have a wonderful time here, despite not having good wifi. The Great room/Kitchen area was large and well lit. The bedrooms were nice and big, the bathrooms well appointed. It was a bit tricky driving our truck and enclosed trailer up the mountain roads, but we made it just fine.   We loved the location and view. The house was open with lots of living space. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. The bedroom with two twin beds had tiny toy pieces, candy, and medicine on the carpet. This is the room our 10 month old grandson was in. Overall, everything was great.   We had a great time and really enjoyed the home. The few things we would recommend is that the home had a lot of light bulbs out, the wifi is horrible and definitely needs a booster or upgrade. So, just was a little bit of a hassle while playing music on our bluetooth. Also the kitchen may need some replenishing on the essentials like drinkware very few glasses to use.We ended up buying solo cups. Fridge water did not work and ice machine may need to be check. We had an amazing time and these things did not cause problems just some feedback.

  My family of 7 (4 adults and 3 children ages 3 to 8) had a wonderful week's stay at Kituwah. We were blessed with a large, immaculately clean rental home with amazing views and a well stocked kitchen. Beyond the spectacular views. We enjoyed many wonderful extras we didn't expect such as some toys, games, and even outdoor corn hole our family enjoyed many evenings. The only downside was the poor internet service which we expected in the mountains.

  This mountain house was in a great location. Close to town and other activities but far enough away to feel secluded. It was very spacious for a large group and had all the necessities to make our stay enjoyable. So happy to have seen kids toys, which kept our boys busy as well as scrabble for us adults to play. We had a few questions for the property management company and they were very helpful and responsive. The only con I would mention would be the noisy and slightly uncomfortable beds, would recommend you bring a pillow if you don’t like flat ones. Overall a clean and enjoyable stay! Would totally stay here again!!!

  The view of the mountains is perfect. However, in the pictures, there is this gorgeous view with a wooden swing to relax in, but there is not a wooden swing, which was disappointing. I wood have loved to have had my morning coffee sitting on it.
  It was easy to get too and in a perfect location. When we first walked in, the smell made us think of our grandmother's house. It took us back a few years but the house was perfect for us.
  The grill was not in good condition but after calling, the property manager brought us a brand new one.
  Make sure to try the chicken wings at CJ's Grille and to eat at Pasqualino's Italian Restaurant. Because of COVID-19, a lot of restaurants were not open to the public, but CJ's was and we took the Italian to go but it was excellent food choices.
  Also, go see the crew at Darnell's Farm. We had fresh produce each night at supper. They were so friendly and the best!

  We stayed here with our three children. This house was perfect for our family. We were able to get a mountain view without being on the side of a hill or cliff. The yard was great for the kids to run around and play. The bags game was fun outdoor activity for our family to enjoy. The swing by the picnic table was nice as we watched the sunset. The location was great. Just 20 minutes to Cherokee and the Smokey Mountain National Park Entrance, just a short drive into Bryson City. So much to do in the area: hiking, tubing, gem mining, junior ranger program... The house was very nice and spacious. Everything was comfortable and felt homey. It was easy to find this house. GPS lead us right to it. Driveway is clearly marked. We would stay here again.

  Stayed at Kituwah Ridge for a week in May. The views from the yard are just stunning. Upon arriving, we noticed several of the light bulbs were missing making the house appear very dark. Purchased and replaced several missing bulbs. While the house is in good condition the cleanliness of the house and yard could have been better. The grass was very long, did get cut midweek of our vacation making it nicer to use the yard. The interior had several issues, washing machine cold water seemed to be clogged, oven was extremely slow to heat up, toaster just burns stuff and the place really needed a spring clean. We cleaned the vents in the bathroom as there was so much dust stuck in them. It is in a beautiful spot and we enjoyed our stay after a bit of cleaning. With just a bit more attention to detail this place could be even better.
