Fully furnished home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living rooms, open dining area, wide plank hickory custom hardwood floors, 2 car attached garage (1 bay is open for guest use), covered front porch with view of the mountains and forest, back deck, gardens, and fields. A beautiful handmade Mongolian yurt is your meditation heaven or play space for the kids. Custom painted rooms are bright cheery, and feng shui'd with delight. Solar hot water heater, option to use wood stove for cozy fall or winter nights, 7 sola-tube natural lighting ceiling ports throughout house. Large, bright kitchen with all appliances and brand new dishwasher.

Please note, there is no Air Conditioning/AC in this mountain home. There are excellent ceiling fans in every room and the house enjoys good air circulation from lovely breezes in its hillside location. All windows open and have screens, and the back deck and front porch doors and garage doors have screens that maximize lovely airflow. This location stays comfortable most summer days and cools off nicely at night. However, If you need cold AC in order to be comfortable, then this is not the house for you. This house is fabulous for dining outside on the covered front porch, with seating for 10+.

There is a 44 inch smart TV in the house, a blu-ray player for movies and high speed wifi so you can stream Netflix or your favorite online tv channels. There is no cable tv.

Full washer and dryer are in the basement laundry room - so jump into the rivers and lakes and bike, hike or horseback ride on the trails with gusto knowing you can get everything clean if you need to, at Southern Magic.

The kitchen has ample pots, pans, dishes, utensils and glassware. Enjoy cooking and grilling for your family and friends on your special retreat hideaway in the Smokies.
