Before you pack up the car and head for the mountains, know that when we say mountains, we really mean it!

Downtown Bryson City has an elevation of 1,752 feet, so think of this as a starting point. The majority of our cabins will have a higher elevation than this. This means that our roads- both state and private- will be steeper, narrower, and curvier than you may be use to driving. Also, you should expect to encounter gravel roads. Consider it part of our rural mountain charm!

  We loved our cabin! It was spacious and well maintained. We were a little disappointed when the apartment above the garage was rented to someone else. We would liked to have known given the lack of curtains on some windows and we were looking for more seclusion.

  The house was great. It was in a perfect location. Neighboring houses not too close. The house was very clean. I feel like the outside should have had a little more upkeep. So many leaves on decks and by fire pit. Spider webs all around the house and in the sliding glass doors. There was a grill that only half worked. A broom was outside to sweep decks but no rake.All on all it was great. I would definitely come back!!

  Hidden Adventures is a good house in a location about 15 minutes from the Nantahala River. It’s quiet and tranquil. It’s also bot fat from Bryson City. I would stay there again!

  If you are looking for a quiet, cozy, and comfortable get away from the everyday hustle and bustle of the busy world then this is it. Nestled back in the woods where no light pollution interferes with the night sky and only the firelight from your fire pit can be seen. It was great. Don’t expect the Ritz Carlton, as it is rustic, but it was comfortable and has everything you need to be so.

  The place was at a quite peaceful place and clean. Eventhough we did not care about watching tv much...The tv was only usedul to watch a couple of movies...Most entertaining devices were not working, table tennis without balls to play with. Another electronis game did not work. After a while it becomes boring to sit without much to do in the cabin. The cabone is at a nice location, but there are no places near by to walk in trails or so on...
