  We were really impressed with the property and our time there. The house was spacious, renovated, and clean. The views were gorgeous- you can see the mountains and the river. There's even farm animals from around that come to your property. It was such a relaxing and quaint vacation!

  We absolutely love this property. We use VRBO frequently as we prefer to stay in a house rather than a hotel. This place exceeded my expectations. Plenty of seating in the living room. Bedrooms were a nice size with comfy beds. Two awesome bathrooms that were clean as they could be. The porch wraps around the house.The hot tub was sparkling clean and is conveniently located. Loved the local farm animals (chickens & a pot belly pig) that visited. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook our meals. Conveniently located close to Bryson City. Only thing I can suggest is better signage on the road to get you to the correct address. We came in late, it was very dark, and we ended up flagging down a local sheriff deputy to help us find the place.

  Fantastic house and area. Top notch rental agency. Literally everything you need is in the house. All kitchen items you can think of. Two huge bathrooms, amazing showers. Strong wifi through the whole house and outside. Tons of outdoor adventures to do in the surrounding area. You can fish at the river just down from the house. I recommend this property to anyone who want to get away. But enjoy luxury home.

  Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riverbend Lodge. The view was beautiful up on the mountain with the river running below. The home was exactly what we needed for our family. There were seven of us and never did I feel cramped. The house was comfortably furnished and newly redone. The bathrooms were very spacious as well as the bedrooms. The master bedroom had another TV and sitting area which was great for our three girls. The porch was huge with plenty of space. The fire pit area was also so fun. The views from the fire pit to the river were beautiful. The neighboring homes next door had farm animals which were so neat to see. We loved our morning visits from the two pot belly pigs. They were like dogs but with determination to eat all the acorns! The house was so close to Bryson City for our ride on the Polar Express. I would we concerned about the driveway had there been ice and snow however the rental listing was very clear about the need for potential snow chains or 4wheel drive. The hot tub amenity was great too but we unfortunately did not have time to enjoy it. The only recommendation is that I would provide more clear directions to the property with the driveway name or better landmarks. We arrived at dark and it was hard to find with the instructions provided. More details would be most helpful or perhaps a different address to provide for GPS. All in all it was amazing and we would love to rent this property again and maybe even in the summer!

  Great spot right out of town. Quiet area with great views. Communication was top notch and very helpful. The only down side is make sure you have good tires, driveway is steep. Bryson city is a nice little town. This is on our list to go back too

  This cabin is rustic with all the modern amenities you could want. It truly is a gem! Each room is spacious and the master is exceptional with a wonderful soaking tub. The wrap around deck is gorgeous and makes for a great gathering spot. The view of the river is gorgeous as well from the deck. The kitchen and living room spaces are open and comfortable. The only issue is the steep hill to reach the cabin. You will definitely need a SUV.

  We had a great stay at Riverview Lodge. The description of the cabin is right on. The cabin was great for a large family. We had four adults and three children and had plenty of room. The cabin is very convenient to Bryson City. Personnel of Yellow Rose checked on us before our stay and while we were there. We couldn't get the gas logs lit and the management had someone there soon after to turn them on. I would definitely stay here again and use Yellow Rose.

  A Great Modern Escape with Awesome views of the river. Close to the downtown area without the feel of being directly in the city. Very relaxing and peaceful setting. Loved the ceilings and kitchen.   We had an amazing experience at this cabin. The cabin looks like it was recently built or renovated. All the materials used seem to be top notch. Very clean, modern and beautiful. The living room and all of the rooms are very spacious. The kitchen is amazing with everything you might need for a meal. We had a bit of an issue with the gas fireplace but yellowrose quickly sent someone from maintenance to take care of it. The location is very good too only a few minutes away from downtown bryson city. There is a bit of a steep dirt hill to get to the cabin but we didnt have any issues.

  This home is beautiful! It is perfectly positioned with a river view and vast views of the mountains. It’s less than 5 minutes from the train depot where we boarded the polar express. The home is well stocked and spacious and the deck space is awesome extra living pace. We also enjoyed the hot tub and grilling out one evening. Do note that it’s a steep climb to get to the home via the driveway, but it was nothing our minivan couldn’t handle. We will return!

  Location is PRIME! 5 minutes into town, the railroad, restaurants. Cabin is clean and BEAUTIFUL. It was the perfect fit for our family of 5. The gravel driveway was initially a bit difficult to maneuver (thought we were going to get stuck!) with our rented Nissan Pathfinder, but got the hang of it the second or third go around. Kitchen could use a little more outfitting (lacking cookware), and the beds were VERY, VERY firm, but overall, a wonderful stay and would consider coming back!

  Our group consisted of long time school friends having a "chick" reunion. We had 7 total and had plenty of space. Beautifully designed, we found the cabin to be very comfortable, clean, and well furnished. The furniture (couches/chairs) were comfortable, in addition to the kitchen chairs as we sat around the table playing cards late into the evening one night. The bathrooms are quite spacious with gorgeous walk-in showers. The beds were also comfortable and inviting lending to a good night's rest. The kitchen was fabulous, with all the pots/pans, dishes, tools, etc. that one could need. We did all of our cooking and were not lacking for any items. The deck area was enjoyed the most as the weather was great during our stay. We mostly enjoyed the sounds of the river while enjoying fun in the sun, but also enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. The fire pit was an every night activity allowing us time to enjoy the sounds of the great outdoors in the coolness of the evening, the sounds of the river, enjoy fireside chats, and roasting marshmallows, eating Smores. We were even able to enjoy the use of the hot tub one night - also enjoyed the view while relaxing to the jets and warm water. If you're looking for a relaxing place to get away this cabin is definitely a must! You will enjoy every minute of your stay.
