o 1 hour 45 minutes from Gatlinburg

Amenities Provided: Cabins include basic linens, kitchenware, and a starter supply of paper products and toiletries. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

o Minimum Age: Minimum age to rent is 25
o Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets are subject to a $300 fee, per pet.
o Wi-Fi: This cabin includes Wi-Fi for your convenience. Please keep in mind that mountain weather can occasionally cause brief service interruptions. Wi-Fi is always available at our office and throughout downtown.
o Concierge Services: Grocery delivery, celebration packages, early check in/late check out. Additional fees apply. Based on availability and cleaning schedule.

  Nice new cabin. View amazing. Enjoyed our stay there. Thankful for washer/dryer. Beds are very firm/hard. Needs a grill for sure. Stove not working properly. Lots of spiders inside the house. Needs games, puzzles, or activities since it’s so remote. Drove up/down to cabin is no joke! Long and steep.

  The Brook Haven Cabin is a wonderful stay. With an elevation gain of around 1000 feet from the bottom of the driveway you have an absolutely stunning view from the back porch. The cabin is very well furnished with great amenities. The gas fire place in the living room warmed up the area very quickly, the hot tub on the back porch was fantastic especially with the gorgeous sunsets we had. Having a full kitchen available to use was a great bonus too. My wife and I have nothing negative to say about this cabin and our fantastic stay. It was unfortunately cut short due to a forecasted snow storm but the staff with YellowRose was wonderful to work with and provided us with a refund for the two nights we were missing out on. We will definitely stay with YellowRose and at the Brook Haven Cabin again!

  We loved the place but have a few suggestions. The tub needs some sort of rubber mat and possibly a handle of some sort to help get out of the tub. It rained the entire we were there and there was no mat inside the cabin to protect the nice flooring. Directions on how to operate the hot tub.
